Job Description
Assist the Senior Engineer to manage the design, installation and testing and commissioning of the Signaling Systems for Sydney Metro City & Southwest rail project including the necessary coordination with the interfacing disciplines / systems to ensure that the works is in accordance with the Project Performance Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge in signaling principles and principles of automatic train control
Understand operation principles of signaling equipment / sub-systems
Knowledge in Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) Signaling System is preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organised and able to meet deadlines
4 - 6 years previous experiences in design, installation or testing on a railway signaling project and 2 years in team leading and/or managerial roles will be highly regarded
