Job Description
As part of the People and Culture team, you will design, develop, and deliver training material with a focus on safety compliance and education. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and provide on-going support to our key stakeholders and shape the future of our learning and development offerings.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
And what will set you apart from other candidates will be;
Similar experience in a rail, large infrastructure or construction project environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience managing Learning Management System and working with e-learning platforms
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
